Qualifications

• Engineering or STEM degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in industrial tech or process automation
• Technical sales or process automation experience preferred but training is provided
• Experience interpreting drawings, data sheets, or customer requirements is helpful
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn quotation, CRM, and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Engineer, size and select valves, actuators, and instrumentation for automation solutions
• Analyze customer requirements and applications to recommend technical and commercial solutions
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotations and follow up on opportunities
• Build trusted customer relationships with responsive support and guidance
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer experience
• Develop deep knowledge of products and continuously grow technical capabilities
• Contribute to revenue growth and improve reliability and operational performance
