Job summary

Kirby Risk is seeking an Automation Administrator in Indianapolis, IN to support the Automation Services team. This onsite role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage service agreements and customer requests with accuracy.

You will quote and process Rockwell software contracts, assist with training enrollments, and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure timely, reliable support. Light travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Sales experience or familiarity with service agreements is a plus.
