Job summary

Olympus Controls is seeking a Service Program Manager to define and stand up a new service offering across North America. You will design the pricing, contract structures, and delivery model while coordinating between customers, field technicians, and leadership.

The role requires leading multiple workstreams, influencing teams without direct supervision, and ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Travel is 10–25% with VP of Operations reporting line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field service experience in industrial automation or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience launching or scaling a service program or field service business.
• Experience with service contracts and preventive maintenance.
• Experience selecting/implementing field service management software.

Responsibilities

• Define and launch the service offering, including maintenance packages and service levels.
• Develop pricing and margin model for service contracts and standard terms.
• Design processes and systems to run service operations (call tracking, dispatch, scheduling).
• Establish KPIs (utilization, response, bookings, margin) and report to leadership.
• Supervise and mentor field technicians and engineers, including regional resources.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance, repair and service calls.
• Coordinate training and certification path for service staff.
• Collaborate with Sales to build the service sales process and collateral.
