Job summary

Flow Control Group, through its Northwest Automation Products division, is seeking an energetic Outside Sales professional to expand automation solutions across Oregon, with emphasis on robotic and valve automation. The role requires extensive travel and the ability to build strong relationships with OEMs and end users.

The candidate will prospect, consult, and present tailored automation solutions, while coordinating with engineering and sales teams to close deals and drive growth in the Oregon

Qualifications

• Proven success in a technical outside sales role.
• Established relationships within the Oregon industrial automation market preferred.
• Strong knowledge of robotic and valve automation solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for customers.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with a passion for winning new business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Consult with clients to identify automation challenges and propose solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations of NWA’s automation products.
• Track sales data and generate regular reports; negotiate and close deals.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to serve customers.
