Job summary

Tavoron is seeking an Automation Sales Engineer in Eagan, MN to deliver technical sales support for pneumatic and electrical automation products. You will develop quotations, assist customers, and collaborate with outside and inside sales to grow automation sales.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in pneumatic/industrial automation, a 2-year degree, strong communication, and are willing to travel occasionally. The role offers growth and mentorship within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

Two-year degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
3+ years in pneumatic/industrial automation or technical sales.
Strong pneumatic knowledge and electrical automation familiarity.
Ability to develop quotations and understand pricing agreements.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical sales and application support for pneumatic and automation products.
Develop accurate quotations and respond to customer requirements.
Cross-sell and expand automation solutions within existing accounts.
Support outside sales with customer visits and technical presentations.
Maintain ERP data and assist in establishing processes.
Mentor inside sales on pneumatic and automation products.
