Job summary
RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair primary and auxiliary production equipment in a manufacturing setting.
The role includes performing PMs, inspecting machines for wear and safety hazards, and assisting with maintenance of plant systems and automation equipment. The technician will work under the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Expeditor, following blueprints and procedures, and will contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with safety
Qualifications
- Mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting using blueprints/schematics.
- Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings and repair procedures.
- Experience with maintenance and repair of production equipment in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair primary and auxiliary production equipment.
- Perform PMs and routine maintenance on plant systems.
- Inspect equipment for wear, safety hazards and lubrication needs.
- Support robotics and automated assembly systems.
- Follow safety policies and participate in 5S activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance expeditor and manager for timely repairs.
