Job summary

Technimark LLC in Pharr, TX seeks a maintenance technician responsible for safety-compliant operations and sustaining automated equipment across multiple work centers. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, document activities, and support automation startups and changesovers.

You will troubleshoot servo-driven systems, PLCs, and electrical schematics, while mentoring technical associates and ensuring high OEE through systematic improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of automated equipment and robotics preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot servo-driven systems and interpret electrical schematics.
• Willingness to train and mentor technical staff in process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and keep housekeeping standards.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance and document activities in the asset system.
• Operate automation systems, adjust parameters, and implement minor programming changes on equipment.
• Troubleshoot automation, servo, and PLC systems using diagnostic tools.
• Assist with production start-ups, changeovers, and equipment relocations as needed.
• Provide training to shift operators to improve equipment performance and OEE.
