Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC, controls, and plumbing retrofit projects. You will plan, organize, and direct contract work, coordinate field staff, and manage budgets and schedules to meet contractual goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC/controls and strong skills in client relations and communication. This role requires on-site management in the Las Vegas area with a focus on safety and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction.
• 5+ years in HVAC, controls, and plumbing project management.
• 5+ years managing large retrofit projects preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control all aspects of a project.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Skilled in developing and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the successful completion of all aspects of the project.
• Prepares monthly financial forecasts and updates; ensures contractual and financial goals are met.
• Oversees overall contract operations, schedules, and field staff coordination.
• Controls project expenses and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provides direction to staff and delegates major project tasks to supervisors.
• Maintains records, documents, and liaison with owner, architects, and contractors.
