Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex automation and installation projects in a hybrid US environment. You will drive delivery, manage risks, and align with client and stakeholder expectations to ensure profitability and quality.

As a senior leader, you will mentor project managers, implement standards, and collaborate with engineering and field teams to resolve technical challenges while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in construction, automation, industrial installation, material handling, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation technologies, and construction documentation.
• Successful experience managing project financials, forecasting, contracts, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of complex installation and automation projects.
• Develop integrated project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, field operations, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project deliverables meet contractual, quality, and operational requirements.
• Own project budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow, and margins.
