Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in Industrial Systems/Engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
• Foundational understanding of industrial and systems engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support automation projects from planning through execution.
• Define requirements, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate across teams.
• Identify roadblocks and manage dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Lead project communications and documentation, including meetings and reports.
• Develop and improve project management processes aligned with LEAN strategies.
• Support technology implementation and systems integration across automation and data systems.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and resources; assist with CAPEX and business cases.
• Build knowledge through hands-on exposure to automation technologies and project execution.
