Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Spring 2027 Automation Project Manager Co-op in Grand Prairie, TX, as part of the Operations Leadership Development Program. You will support automation projects, coordinate across engineering, IT, and operations, and help implement LEAN strategies while preparing for a two-year rotational leadership program.

The role requires enrollment at UT Arlington, 40 hours/week, and proximity to Grand Prairie. Paid internship with exposure to budgeting, procurement, and business cases.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student at UT Arlington and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office for data analysis, reporting and documentation.
• Foundational knowledge of industrial engineering tools and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support automation projects from planning through execution, delivering technical solutions for manufacturing operations.
• Define project requirements, timelines and deliverables, coordinating across engineering, IT, operations, vendors and leadership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, identify roadblocks, manage dependencies and coordinate stakeholders to keep projects on track.
