Thermo Systems is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of automation and control system projects from execution through commissioning and closeout. You will coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams while engaging customers and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 0–3+ years in project delivery within industrial/automation environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of project execution plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field service teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with proper documentation and resolution.
• Support installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities including readiness checklists and punch lists.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and gate deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records using PM tools and templates.
• Support estimation, forecasting, and project performance tracking.
