Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is a global control systems integrator delivering automation solutions across Energy, Life Sciences, and Mission Critical markets. The Associate Project Manager supports successful delivery of automation projects from execution through commissioning and closeout, under supervision of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

This role collaborates with engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams while communicating with customers and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 0 to 3+ years of experience supporting project delivery in industrial, automation, or systems integration environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and project lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned projects from execution start through commissioning and project closeout.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field service teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders while ensuring documentation and resolution.
• Support project installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities including readiness checklists and punch‑list tracking.
• Assist with preparation of project documentation, reports, and project gate deliverables.
