Thermo Systems is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support automation and control system projects from execution through commissioning. You will coordinate project activities, assist with schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and work under supervision of a Project Manager.

This role partners with engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams, communicates with customers and trade partners, and develops leadership skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0 to 3+ years experience in industrial, automation, or systems integration environments.
• Exposure to project lifecycle management practices.

Responsabilités

• Support assigned projects from execution start through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field service teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with proper documentation and resolution.
• Assist with project documentation, reports, and gate deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting using PM tools and templates.
• Support estimation, forecasting, and project performance tracking.
• Communicate clearly with customers and trade partners.
