Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support automation and control system projects from execution through commissioning.

You will coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams to ensure schedules, quality, and budgets are met. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 0–3+ years in industrial or automation project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related technical discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• 0 to 3+ years of experience supporting project delivery in industrial, automation, or systems integration environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and project lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned projects from execution start through commissioning and project closeout.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field service teams.
