Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager across robotics and automation projects. You will assist with project lifecycle tasks from initiation through closeout, including procurement, scheduling, and financial tracking.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, familiarity with MS Project and AutoCAD, and willingness to travel 30% for onsite execution. Collaboration with project engineers and site managers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in Project Management is a plus.
• Experience with financials concepts (ROI, NPV, Cost to Complete).
• Advanced in MS Office (Excel; MS Project).
• AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Material Handling, Robotics, Manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager to support project execution.
• Maintain project management checkbook and vendor information in D365.
• Prepare and track procurement, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in cost forecasting and tracking across project life cycle.
• Lead meetings, document minutes, and track action items.
• Update project schedules and site resource planning.
