Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Engineering background preferred; knowledge of material handling, packaging or manufacturing.
• Experience with basic financials: ROI, cash flow, depreciation.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, contracts and new orders for accuracy and commercial/technical issues.
• Estimate and direct internal resources to complete the project.
• Maintain positive cash flow and follow up on past due invoices.
• Publish weekly Project Logs.
• Monitor budget margins and current forecast margins.
• Prepare and manage project correspondence, submittals and drawings.
• Manage the project schedule with a Gantt chart.
• Support Site Supervisors in the field.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to install and support projects.
