PacSci EMC seeks a Program Lead to own the Solon site automation strategy and drive the system design from launch to full production. You will lead the automation design and development team, align cross-functional partners, and guide lifecycle execution across controls, robotics, machine vision, PLCs and HMIs.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in automation, controls, or manufacturing process engineering.
• Proven program or project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the automation system design and development team.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery with scoping, timelines and risk mitigation.
• Provide technical leadership across controls, manufacturing process and automation engineering.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to align priorities.
