• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and improving systems at scale.
• Strong analytical abilities with data-guided decision making; leadership of managers.

Responsibilities

• Performs the role of site leader for the Solon, OH facility.
• Provide strategic direction for operational departments, ensuring alignment with growth priorities and long-term plans.
• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes, policies, and systems.
• Oversee metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor productivity and identify improvements.
• Drive On Time Delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee site growth with increased output and new products.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and NPD to support major initiatives and expansion.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning across functions.
• Strengthen infrastructure with tools and frameworks to optimize workflows.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure business continuity.
• Mentor and lead managers and teams; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
