Job summary

Resilience is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the Process Execution Team. You will lead technical troubleshooting for PET equipment, implement improvements, and coordinate with Operations, Validation, PMO, and Quality to bridge Manufacturing, Maintenance and PET Engineering.

The role requires experience with ladder logic, PLC/SCADA systems, and cGMP environments, plus strong documentation and teamwork across shifts. 12-hour shifts are typical. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and improving automated production equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience and knowledge of ladder logic and navigating PLC programs to isolate faults.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and other technical documentation.
• Experience with SAP and work order documentation for MRO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex faults not resolved by standard maintenance procedures.
• Perform emergency, corrective, and preventive maintenance on PET equipment using varied tools.
• Monitor performance indicators and act on early signs of degradation to prevent downtime.
• Work across automation and data systems (PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, servers, databases).
• Troubleshoot PLC/I/O/vision programs and modify code under change control.
• Own control system version control, backups, and data integrity requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues affecting production equipment.
• Identify root causes via data trends and implement improvements.
• Lead technical investigations and support deviation investigations with engineering input.
• Train Operators and Maintenance Technicians on systems and procedures.
