Job summary

Molex, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Hudson, WI. You will develop, document and improve manufacturing processes for new and current products at our Hudson plant, serving as the main process contact for selected projects while partnering with the NPI team and operators to build prototypes that meet customer requirements and scale.

You will support first and second shift operations, with the first shift on a standard M-F schedule and the second shift on M-Th, 3:30 PM – 1:30

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
Experience in manufacturing environment.
Experience implementing new manufacturing methods and training others.
Experience with automated systems to identify opportunities or program new functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and document manufacturing process flow, work instructions, workmanship standards, and conduct operator training.
Support existing manufacturing processes through problem solving, optimization and continuous improvement.
Investigate root causes and apply corrective action; document quality issues in manufacturing.
Collaborate with NPI team including Design Engineering, Product Management, Procurement, Quality, and Suppliers.
Lead product/process transfers to high-volume Molex plants; may include international travel.
Identify automation opportunities and build robust proposals for implementation and qualification.
Support and contribute to Six Sigma, ISO and EH&S management systems by following policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Be a key contributor for customer and industry audits.
