Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and specialized maintenance of the facility and equipment in a non-exempt, safety-sensitive role. The position offers an hourly base pay of $24-$30 and requires at least 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

You will collaborate with plant leadership and use a PM program daily to document repairs, manage maintenance tasks, and respond to equipment failures with a focus on automation and control systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; boiler/operator licenses preferred.
• Experience with industrial maintenance and safety compliance.
• Proficient in electrical schematics, controls, and PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GM, Production Mgmt and partners to support facility operations.
• Use a computerized PM program daily to document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment with emphasis on automation and controls.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance through training and documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
