Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Wichita Falls, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician for our automated laundry facility. The role offers $23-$26 per hour base pay, with a focus on preventive and specialized maintenance, safety compliance, and wastewater/power plant equipment operation.

You will collaborate with plant personnel to improve equipment performance, document repairs in the PM program, troubleshoot automation and control systems, and ensure safe, cost-effective operation in a safety-sensitive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training preferred.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Boiler operator license and wastewater certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager, Production Management, and other partners to support facility operations.
• Use a computerized Preventive Maintenance (PM) program daily to document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment focusing on automation and control systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental requirements and wastewater standards; keep required documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
