Job summary

Plansee Group USA in Towanda, PA seeks a Plant Engineering and Automation Manager to lead engineering teams across drafting, automation, electronics, and facilities. The role drives capital projects, site infrastructure, and regulatory compliance to support production units.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering and have experience in a technology-driven manufacturing setting, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Chemical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in technology-driven, heterogeneous manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing engineers and experts from multiple disciplines.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DEP, and PSM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant engineering, drafting, automation, electronics, construction services, maintenance, and HVAC.
• Oversee engineering and capital projects for production units and site infrastructure.
• Coordinate safety, regulatory, and PSM programs with Environmental and Safety.
• Plan site development and ensure regulatory compliance with authorities.
