• In-depth understanding of Manufacturing Operations, including quality, safety, and Lean/continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership abilities, including team development and performance management.
• Experience in high-volume, precision machining or related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze data, use KPIs, and drive cost reductions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Role Description

The Plant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Erie, PA, responsible for leading daily plant operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing performance. This role oversees production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet quality standards and delivery commitments. The Plant Manager collaborates with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include managing plant budgets, monitoring performance metrics, developing and coaching team members, and maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

• Strong Operations Management skills, including planning, organizing, and improving production processes to meet business objectives.

• In-depth understanding of Manufacturing Operations, including quality standards, safety practices, and Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership abilities, including team development, performance management, and effective communication at all organizational levels.
• Experience working in a high-volume, precision machining or related manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, use manufacturing KPIs, and make sound decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
