Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in the pharmacy automation area, ensuring efficient workflow and staff support across shifts. You will supervise approximately 20–25 pharmacy technicians and clerical staff, partner with pharmacy leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet productivity and quality standards.

This onsite role requires an active RPh license, strong leadership, and a passion for automation and process

Formación

• Active Pharmacist (RPh) license required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail/high-volume pharmacy.
• Experience leading large teams and managing daily operations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interest in automation and workflow improvements.
• PGY residency preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support pharmacy automation operations in a high-volume pharmacy environment.
• Provide direct leadership to approximately 20-25 pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Manage daily staffing, workflow distribution, and operational coverage across shifts.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to identify and implement workflow enhancements and process improvements.
• Ensure departmental productivity, quality standards, and service expectations are met.
• Lead and coach team members, providing guidance, training, and performance support.
• Maintain a strong presence within operations and assist with hands‑on automation activities as needed.
• Partner with fellow supervisors to provide seamless coverage across all operating hours.
