You will recruit, train, and develop staff, and act as IT liaison for pharmacy technology implementations. The position requires at least four years of technician experience, leadership capabilities, and certification credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of pharmacy technician experience required.
• Leadership experience in pharmacy services or as lead/educator preferred.
• Formal people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compounding, regulatory standards, and medication distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities for pharmacy technicians and coordinate operations.
• Recruit, retain and train pharmacy technician staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Lead IT liaison tasks, implement new technology and manage vendor relations.
