This field-based role emphasizes building long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with technical specialists to deliver value-added solutions.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in industrial automation or related fields.
• Strong ability to develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities.
• Travel throughout assigned territory with vehicle allowance.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Achieve or exceed sales and gross profit objectives via consultative selling.
• Collaborate with product specialists and supplier partners to close business.
• Travel to customer sites and conduct regular account reviews.
