Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2+ years Mortgage or MI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stellar customer service to ANZA MI customers (internal and external).
• Adhere to MI Operations Group policies and procedures.
• Support MI Certifications during initial and resubmission orders with an automation mindset.
