Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems for a major client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems across the site.

Responsibilities include safe operations, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and inventory management while collaborating with the Client and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
