Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the operation of client facilities, including electrical and mechanical maintenance of material handling equipment and robotic systems. The role emphasizes safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

You will repair, maintain, and improve MHE and conveyance systems while documenting preventive tasks and coordinating with the Client and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance, repairs and safety-compliant tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in MHE and related equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
