CBRE is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team and support one of the world’s largest online retailers. You will help maintain building systems and ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and robotic systems throughout the facility.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with the client and operations teams, with a safety-first culture and opportunities for growth within CBRE’s global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related maintenance experience or training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair MHE, belts, motors, sensors, and relays.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
