Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support the maintenance and operation of facility systems for one of the world’s largest online retailers.

You will repair, maintain, and improve robotic systems and material handling equipment, following safety procedures and documenting preventative maintenance, while fostering teamwork with client and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) and robotics.
• Ability to install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics components such as belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Build positive working relationships with client and operations teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
