Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is hiring a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support the maintenance and operation of material handling equipment and robotic systems at a client facility in the United States. You will repair, maintain, and improve functionality while following safety procedures and documenting preventive maintenance.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with computers and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams to maintain equipment.
