CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support automated packaging and distribution systems at a major client facility in the United States.

You will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document activities to ensure safe, efficient operations. You will work with the Operations Maintenance team, using CMMS tools and standard procedures, and engage in safety-first practices while upholding quality and reliability across

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to move up to 50lbs and perform physcial activities.

Aufgaben

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
