Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic and material handling systems at a major client facility. You will perform hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and system enhancements to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

You’ll work closely with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams, follow safety procedures, document activities, and help ensure high availability of critical

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair and maintain MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
