CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support operation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic and material handling systems at a large client facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and follow standard instructions.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs; physical mobility required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance team.
• Perform other duties as needed.
