Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of building systems and the operation of material handling equipment and robotic systems at a client facility in the US.

You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve the functionality of MHE and automated packaging equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and comfort with computers and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using hand tools and basic electrical/mechanical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and operation of building systems in the facility.
• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document it properly.
• Promote safety and follow procedures.
• Coordinate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
