Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic and material handling systems at a client facility. You'll perform hands-on repairs and participate in performance improvements to keep automated equipment running safely and reliably.

The role requires troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues across MHE, installation and repair of packaging and distribution lines, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic computer software (MS Office).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and related systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams to maintain equipment.
