Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of building systems, including material handling equipment and robotic systems, at a client facility in the United States.

You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and improvements to ensure optimal function and safety. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical knowledge, experience with tools and software, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of related experience or training
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools
• Ability to perform routine maintenance, repairs, emergency responses and safety coordination
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures
• Repair, maintain and improve MHE and robotic systems in the facility
• Install and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines
• Track and store department inventory and coordinate with teams
