Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Production Technician II to operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility.

The role includes preventative maintenance, changeovers, and minor process adjustments to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing on the floor for extended periods, and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; Computer and software skills (MS Office).
• Basic understanding of mathematical skills to make production calculations and loss/waste analysis.

Responsabilités

• Performs duties with a safety first approach.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized at all times.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Operate and monitor line for defective materials and perform related work in line quality.
