Job summary

The role offers union shifts, typically 12-hour patterns, with some 8-hour shifts possible. You will perform maintenance, quality checks, data-driven adjustments, and training of other operators while upholding GMP rules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Union facility with flexibility to work any day or night shift.
• Shifts mainly 12-hour positions, with some 8-hour shifts available but not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine in accordance with on-line quality and Best Practice procedures.
• Handle empty cases and perform quality checks.
• Watch for defective materials and sanitize equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete mechanical repairs.
• Train other operators and perform data-driven process adjustments.
• Troubleshoot potential problems and ensure safety and GMP compliance.
