Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Production Technician III for the Williamson, NY facility. The role involves operating, maintaining, and changing over machines, aligning with quality and safety standards in a unionized, 2-2-3 shift rotation.

Responsibilities include inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, data-driven adjustments, and training other operators to uphold GMP compliance and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience running machines/equipment.
• Ability to learn all essential functions with reasonable accommodation.
• Resolve routine questions and problems and refer complex issues to higher levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines in accordance with quality and Best Practice procedures.
• Handle empty cases.
• Perform Best Practice quality checks.
• Watch for defective materials.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and facility.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete mechanical repairs.
• Assist mechanics during repairs.
• Perform quality inspections and associated paperwork.
• Make data driven process adjustments.
• Troubleshoot potential problems.
• Train other operators.
• Work safely following GMP rules and procedures.
