Job summary
URBN Inc USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose, repair, and maintain automated systems, conveyors, and facility equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, perform preventive maintenance, and keep accurate records in the CMMS.
The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read schematics, basic PLC troubleshooting, and good communication skills.
Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with technical training preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in automation, conveyors, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read schematics and perform basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (up to 480V).
- Maintain motors, VFDs, sensors, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot automation systems (conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging).
- Perform preventive maintenance and system calibrations.
- Read electrical schematics and perform basic PLC/HMI diagnostics.
