URBN Inc USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose, repair, and maintain automated systems, conveyors, and facility equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, perform preventive maintenance, and keep accurate records in the CMMS.

The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read schematics, basic PLC troubleshooting, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with technical training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in automation, conveyors, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and perform basic PLC troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (up to 480V).
• Maintain motors, VFDs, sensors, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot automation systems (conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging).
• Perform preventive maintenance and system calibrations.
• Read electrical schematics and perform basic PLC/HMI diagnostics.

The Maintenance Technician II is a mid-level technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated systems, conveyors, and facility equipment. This role serves as a primary responder to equipment issues and supports preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives.
