Job summary

Amgen is hiring a Automation Maintenance Technician in New Albany, OH. You will provide technical engineering support, monitor and optimize plant systems, and participate in 24-hour operations as needed.

You should have a bachelor’s or equivalent experience, strong PLC/SCADA familiarity, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The role includes non-standard shifts and a competitive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical engineering experience.
• 4 years of technical engineering experience with an Associate’s degree.
• 6 years of technical engineering experience with a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance on complex plant equipment.
• Use PLC/HMI to diagnose and troubleshoot systems.
• Support regulatory inspections and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Assist in optimizing maintenance procedures and shut/fix failures.
