Cencora is seeking an Operational Maintenance Manager I in Montclair, CA to lead a small maintenance team and oversee preventive maintenance for facility equipment and MHE. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and control-system knowledge in a high-volume distribution setting.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with outside vendors, and drive reliability improvements across PLC-based control systems and building automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in mechanical/electrical/facilities or plant management preferred.
• Experience with startup and troubleshooting of automated distribution environments.
• Proven track record in preventive maintenance planning and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small maintenance team in a partially automated distribution center.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for MHE and facility systems.
• Diagnose faults and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Manage budgets, safety compliance, and vendor contracts.
