Job summary

Cencora is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support our fully automated Distribution Center. You will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, read schematics, configure PLCs and HMIs, and ensure system testing and calibration align with safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, CMMS updates, and spare parts management. Requires 3+ years in maintenance and an associated degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Associate's degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, mechanical systems, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective preventative maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnoses Materials Handling Equipment and Automated Picking System-related error conditions and repairs accordingly.
• Oversees maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of MHE and automated picking system controls.
• Assesses efficiency of equipment and defines necessary modifications.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to support productive warehouse operations.
• Maintains CMMS/EAM system for repairs and maintenance performed.
• Manages inventory of spare parts.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet productivity goals.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
