Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the AmerisourceBergen distribution center in the US. The role requires diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues, reading schematics, and configuring PLC/HMI systems up to 600V.

You will work with RSLogix, Sort Director, and other MHE software to ensure reliable operation of automated equipment, with a focus on compliance and safety in a high-stakes distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of facilities/equipment maintenance experience.
• Certification in maintenance/technical ops or equipment handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment.
• Diagnoses and repairs Materials Handling Equipment and automated picking systems.
• Oversees maintenance/ Upgrades of control systems for equipment.
• Assesses efficiency and defines modifications for equipment and systems.
• Performs routine maintenance to sustain productivity in warehouse operations.
• Maintains CMMS/EAM records of repairs and services.
• Manages spare parts inventory; willing to work extended hours as needed.
