Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on maintenance of high-speed production machinery or heavy automation.
• Automation/PLC diagnostics experience including I/O monitoring and fault tracing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
• Stable work history with good attendance and safety focus.
• Residence within 45-minute drive of the Greater Milwaukee, WI area.
• United States citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines with real-time mechanical, electrical and pneumatic diagnostics.
• Interface with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs to trace faults and clear stoppages.
• Trace schematics and drawings to perform breakdown repairs and preventative sequences.
• Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatics components and regulators.
• Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V, including VFDs and sensors.
• Perform light fabrication and welding to modify or repair equipment components.
